14-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us at breezex09@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Final Sale Items

Due to hygiene reasons, the following are final sale once opened:

• Lick mats

• Slow feeder bowls

• Snuffle & puzzle mats

Beds & Muzzles

Eligible for return only if unopened and in original packaging.

Note on Donut Beds

Beds arrive vacuum compressed — please allow 24–48 hours to fully expand before deciding on a return.
